In the last 30 years I’ve worked with hundreds of businesses and clever people like you; corporates, not-for-profits, start-ups… You name it, I’ve done it. In fact, I’ve kicked its butt.

I also coach for and advise government organisations, entrepreneurship centres, academic institutes, and New Zealand’s foremost business incubators.

I’ve owned and grown successful businesses, so I know what it’s like to lie awake at night counting sheep because you’ll do anything except face up to what the next day may bring. 

I’ve won many and lost a few, and I’ve learnt a lot on the way. My unique gift is to walk with ease in both Māori and Pākehā worlds, for the benefit and enrichment of everyone in Aotearoa. I am of Rangitāne whakapapa and have strong ties to Waikato-Tainui, having called Waikato home for the past 50 years. 
 
I know business. I get it and I love it. It’s the reason I get up in the morning. The best days are when you meet the drowners, who haven’t come up for air for months. Sometimes years.
